Leads represent potential customers who have shown interest but haven't been fully qualified yet.

Creating Leads

Create leads manually or import them in bulk via CSV. Each lead includes:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone)
  • Company details
  • Lead source and status
  • Custom fields for your specific needs

Lead Statuses

  • New - Freshly created leads
  • Contacted - Initial outreach made
  • Qualified - Ready for conversion
  • Unqualified - Not a fit

Converting Leads

When a lead is qualified, convert them to a contact and optionally create an associated company and deal.
